Indigenous Dance Foundation

Non-profit founded on the wish to bring the art of dance and its benefits to Indigenous communities across Canada. We work to uphold Truth and Reconciliation Calls to Action and give children a chance to learn to use their bodies in beautiful movements, leading to increased confidence and positive mental health.

Our Programs

Summer Programs

We work with Recreational Coordinators in various hamlets to bring week-long summer dance programs to Nunavut and other Canadian regions.

Year-Long Classes

We have free classes available all though the year. We build connections with youth and allow them to find consistency though dance so they can identify as a dancer.
